Settlement and object of the contract:
This is a distance contract according to the art. 50 and following of the Consumer Code.
The contract object is the sale of personal property between the shop.zetasassi.net, whose head office is in Parma, Via Maestri Del Lavoro 5/A , and the consumer, the Customer.
The contract is settled when Zetasassi Srl agrees with the customer purchase request made through internet ( shop.zetasassi.net) or phone call and/or other distance sales methods.
These terms of sale and the information according to the art. 52 of the Consumer Code quoted in the website are valid and effective unless they are modified and/or made up.
Prices:
All the prices shown in the website are tax included.
The transport and payment expenses are shown in the Shipment and Payment sections.
Contract execution:
Phone contract becomes executive after the customer (who contacted Zetasassi to buy goods and who decided to register himself giving all the details concerning the purchase and the payment) agrees to buy the goods.
In case of purchase orders made through the Shop.Zetasassi.net, the customer is going to receive an e-mail as confirmation of the order. This e-mail is an agreement if there is not other communication sent to the customer by mail of telephone. In that case the internet contract is executive.
Delivery of the goods – claims:
Zetasassi Srl delivers the goods to the address given by the Customer.
All the claims concerning the purchase can be sent to the addresses included in the Contact section.
Legal Warranty:
The warranty is legal according to the laws of the Consumer Code.

Place of jurisdiction:
For the Civil litigations the unbreakable cognizance “ratione loci” belongs to the judge of the place where the consumer lives or has his domicile, if they are in the State territory.
This conditions are valid for all the people considered as “Consumers” by the Consumer Code.The consumers are individual person who act with aims not linked to the entrepreneurial, commercial, professional or artisan activity.
